📦 When do I get my stuff?
We ship all physical perks once a month.
- Shipping Window: Between the 1st and 7th of each month
- If you joined before the last day of the month, you’re included in that month’s drop
- You’ll get an email when your stuff is shipped
📬 Example: Join on July 28th → your first zine/sticker pack ships by August 7th.

❌ How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel at any time.
- Click the link in your confirmation email.
- Go to "Manage My Subscription"
- Hit Cancel

🧾 What if I join mid-month?
You’ll be included in the next shipping cycle.
So if you join on the 5th, your rewards go out with the rest around the 1st of the next month.

Include your name, email, and when you joined. We’ll make it right.
🔒 What happens to my limited edition pieces if I cancel my subscription early?
Limited edition pieces are only sent to active members during the month the item drops. If you cancel before that drop month, you will not receive the item.
🧰 What happens if I subscribe just for the summer and winter months with the bespoke vault item and cancel right after?
Bespoke Vault items require a minimum 3-month active subscription before they are shipped. Cancelling before the 3-month mark means you won’t receive the Bespoke Vault piece.
💸 Is there a discount for upgrading?
At this time, there are no discounts for upgrading memberships.
🪙 Can I spend Funk Bucks to pay for my subscription?
No, Funk Bucks cannot be used toward subscription payments.
📖 Can I order back prints of issues of the zine?
Yes. Back issues are available for purchase on our website while supplies last. Once a zine issue sells out, it is gone forever.
